Your Grant Finance Specialist can help. Forms are available on the OSPA website. Note: a change in scope will require a prior approval from the sponsor.

• This process includes creating a new or updated spending plan and assessing the remaining balance in each of the sponsor-approved budget categories. If the updated plan will vary greatly from the approved budget, then an official rebudget request may need to be submitted to the sponsor by OSPA Awards. 
• A justification for the rebudget request is often required, and you may need to consider a discussion with the sponsor regarding the scope of work.
