Who will help?

Establishing a contract takes several steps and could involve multiple rounds of revisions with your sponsor before an agreement is reached- especially if they want to use their own template, and not ISU’s. 

If you’re working with a foreign company, this can be further delayed due to involvement of ISU Export Control and necessary added review along the way. Often times, the person you are working with to plan the work is not the individual with signing ability for the company, and we may be at the mercy of their schedule.
