Who will help?
Here is what happens:
1. OSPA Awards or OIPTT receive notice of intent to fund
2. Drafting of agreement/negotiation period - timing will vary based on complexity (a few weeks to several months)
3. Signed agreement triggers Award Notice.
OSPA strives for speedy negotiations, but the timeliness of contract negotiation is also dependent on the amount of time sponsors require to review and seek approvals for changes. A timeframe of several weeks is likely if contract issues are complex. See OSPA Awards/ PostAward Informational page here.
OIPTT completes about two-thirds of the negotiations within 30 days after receipt of the Streamlyne PD and the notice of funding.
